Thursday evening - fortnightly classes with guided meditation, ancient wisdoms and metaphysical practices. The class is held in a beautiful urban oasis to a limited small number of people in a relaxed home environment surrounded by a magical garden and fountains and ponds.

These classes are designed for people who want to explore the path of

self discovery, to expand their awareness and learn skills to enhance their:

Body: Improve Sleep, calm emotions and produce Happy Hormones  

Mind: Calms the Mind, able to Focus sees things clearly, Positive Mindset 

Spirit: Intuition, Self Esteem, Inner Strength, Empathy and Wisdom.

The classes draw on various teachings from Eastern and Western philosophies and Indigenous wisdoms through the ages.
